Good applicants, sorted out for reasons nobody explains.

In seven years of HR work, I saw how often good applicants were sorted out for reasons nobody explains to them: the wrong format, a CV that runs too long, a language level that isn't stated. Joblumi puts these rules in one place, in English, so you can spend your time on the jobs instead of guessing what German employers expect.

What applicants often have to guess

The name

Lumi

/ˈluː.mi/ · from Latin lumen, light

Joblumi's mascot is Lumi, a dachshund. The breed comes from Germany: Dachshund means badger dog, bred to search underground. Lumi does the same with job ads and sniffs out hidden requirements, missing keywords and the language level an employer asks for.

What Joblumi doesn't do, we say early. There is no personal coaching behind it, and Joblumi doesn't place candidates. Joblumi gives no legal or tax advice.
