Is this a subscription?+
No. A pass is a single payment for 30 or 90 days. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
What can I do for free?+
One CV in German format in 3 designs with PDF, which you can change and download again up to 5 times, the (G)ATS Score with all findings and fixes (3 of the fixes written for you by AI), one CV version for a job with its language check, and the cover letter for it. You can also try the job ad analysis, the likely interview questions for one job, the self-introduction and the application PDF once. The interview-day checklist and the net salary calculator stay free. You can keep 1 job as a list entry; the board with stages and follow-up reminders comes with a pass.
What is the difference between the (G)ATS Score and Job match?+
The (G)ATS Score checks your CV against German CV rules: format, readability, content and language. It is the same for every job. Job match checks your CV against one saved job ad: must-haves, nice-to-haves, the words of the ad, languages, years and degree. Both go from 0 to 100. Job match is free for one job; with a pass you see it for every job.
Which pass should I choose?+
If you plan to send applications for the next few weeks, the 30-day pass is enough. If you expect your search to take longer, the 90-day pass costs less per day (€0.39 instead of €0.50).
The 90-day pass also adds what pays off over a long search: follow 25 employers instead of 5, patterns across all your rejections, your application stats, the Mock Interview Trainer 10 times a day instead of 5, and full assessment practice tests under time.
How do I get my money back?+
Within 14 days of buying, use "Withdraw from contract here" on the Pass page in your account and confirm. Under our voluntary money-back promise you get the full price back, once per account and per payment method. Your statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition, for every pass. See the money back and withdrawal page.
Why does my statement say Link?+
The pass is sold through Link, a company of the Stripe group. Link takes the payment, charges VAT and sends the receipt. Joblumi provides the software you use. That is why your statement may show LINK.COM* in front of JOBLUMI.
Can I pay with PayPal?+
Maybe. Stripe's checkout page shows the payment methods available where you live, usually cards and sometimes PayPal or a local method. We cannot promise PayPal for every country. You see the full list on the checkout page before you pay, and you can close it without paying.
Do I get an invoice?+
Your receipt comes from Link by email after the payment.
Can I get this back from tax or the employment agency?+
Maybe. Costs of applying for a job can count as work-related expenses (*Werbungskosten*) in your German tax return (§ 9 EStG). If you are unemployed or about to become unemployed, the employment agency (*Agentur für Arbeit*) or your job centre can cover application costs from its placement budget (§ 44 SGB III). Whether it pays for a tool like Joblumi is its decision, and you have to apply before you buy. Keep your receipt from Link. This is general information, not tax or legal advice.
What does fair use mean?+
With a pass you can create up to 20 job versions a day. Other AI features have daily technical limits per account. If you reach one, the app tells you and it resets the next day. The limits protect the service from misuse.
Is the pass coaching or advice?+
No. Joblumi is software. It helps you create and check your documents, prepare for interviews and track your applications. There is no personal coaching, and Joblumi does not guarantee interviews or job offers.
